The Song of The Lost
This large-scale epic fantasy series follows the lives of five characters struggling for freedom in a war-torn Illygad. While it isn't necessary to understand the books that follow, some of the characters introduced in this series appear throughout the rest of the Illygad timeline. Start here to avoid spoilers.
Shepherd of Souls
Fifteen years after the events of the Call of Calamity series, Etienne is just trying to get home to see Alphonse and Delyth when he's thrown into a series of adventures with an extremely particular ghost and a too-sexy pirate. These books work as a stand-alone series, but they contain spoilers for the Call of Calamity Series, and Etienne, of course, can't help but complicate the state of the world by unleashing more ancient magic...
